Special cleaning: dust allergy

Just wanted to know the most direct way to phone and ask about special cleaning (heard it is included at Disney Resorts) as someone I am travelling with had an allergic reaction (probably to dust) this weekend (had to call in sick to work due to itchy hives keeping them awake) and I'd really like to use all means possible to keep problems out of our vacation in less than 2 weeks.

I am going to call from Canada and they like to waste long distance time charges by having too much promo and phone switching (recently, with phone calls, I have been stuck in phone loops and keep being directed to the same directory by CMs when they don't know how to process requests... just want to be sure I eliminate unnecessary phone time).

Anyone know the best phone number to call and ask about special dust cleaning (and how to phrase the request)?

There is an ionizing machine they use to clear out rooms. I believe it takes about two hours and you can't be in the room. When will you arrive at Disney? I might suggest if you arrive early advise them of your allergy and head to the park. They can use the machine and you don't have to waste a phone call.

We will arrive in Orlando well before check in. We plan on spending the first day at Disney Springs.

Might call ahead anyways.

When traveling with our severely asthmatic(triggered by dust) niece, I call the Main Reservations line and add a request for a VIP cleaning to our reservation. Never had a front line phone CM not be able to note that request. And never had an issue once we arrived. We usually have to wait a bit longer to get into the room, but we'll worth it.
