Special Cake or Dessert??

I am taking my sis to WDW next weekend for her 40th Bday!!! Woo Hoo!!

Anyway, we have lots of "special" planned including V&A as well as dinner at Citricos. I was thinking of ordering a "specialty cake" like a mini castle for dessert but I have never been to Citricos and wondered if I would just be better off ordering dessert. My sis is a big foodie (former pastry chef at a RENOWNED Chicago restaurant!) and I want her to have a great dessert....what would you do, those of you in the know? Also, if I went with dessert at Citricos, what do you recommend??

I thought I read that Citrico's doesn't have a dedicated pastry chef, so they've had lackluster dessert offerings. Since it's at the Grand Floridian, you can probably order a mini-castle or Cinderella Slipper dessert. But those won't impress your pastry chef sister, either!

It would probably be the lesser of two evils, though.
