I have called and heard a few things that they offer and not sure what is best. was hopping maybe one or some of ya all have done it and can let me know the experience you had... BTW my daughter is turning 8

these are the things I was told about

tea with alice in wonDERLAND grandfloridian

chef mickey

princess story book dinner epcot

breakfast/dinner with charectors ....

there was another one which was some sort of princess thing it was the most exspensive like 299.00 for 1 adult and 1 child... think it involved a spa.. not sure

All of the things on that list will in all likelihood require reservations. At two weeks out, I'm guessing you will not have much to choose from. To improve your chances of getting something, I suggest a character meal. Then you can choose from Cinderella meal at the castle, Princess meal at Akershus, Chef Mickey's, Garden Grill, Cape May Cafe, Crystal Palace, 1900 Park Fare. Of these I prefer Garden Grill, I think it would be a lot of fun. It is located in Epcot's The Land Pavillion. It is open for lunch and dinner. Have fun, and reserve it ASAP.

We celebrated my sons birthday at WDW last year in July. We got him a button from the Magic Kingdom that says Today is my birthday (or something like that) A few people wished him a Happy Birthday. We celebrated at Chef Mickey for dinner. All the characters made a big deal over him. When we went to sit down his seat had a place mat with the signatures of all the characters. Our waitress let us know when they were going to sing to him. They brought him out a HUGE cupcake with a candle on it. He loved it!!
He wanted to wear the button the rest of the week and call it his birthday week. :rotfl: We had dinner at Ohana's the next day and the waitress asked him if it was his birthday today and he said "No this my birthday week"! :rotfl2: He had just turned 5. He did recieve another HUGE cupcake at Ohana's!
