Special 9/1/08 Cruise Continued

Actually, it was just the flowers that needed the water, but I decided to water the whole front yard since no rain is forcast until later in the week.
The grass is doing quite well this year. Nice green. We've gotten the rain at just the right time. The apple tree seems to think so too as it is loaded with apples this year.

Dusty sprinklers? Sounds like something George Carlin would come up with.

Hey my lawn is a nice light shade of brown . Haven't had to cut the grass in almost a month
I have to pay for 2 Disney vacations, so I am saving on water and gas for the lawnmower

I got my cabin assignment today! Unfortunately they were not able to keep us in the same cabin we have for the repo . . . so our cabin for this special cruise will be 6108.

Who do I need to PM with this information -- or is posting it here enough?

The dry weather we have had is catching up with our lawn, we do have sprinklers on daily - they are on a timer - but they cannot quite keep up, but I do not want to up the time - it is nice not having to mow every 5 days!

We had a good weekend - a 10K run/walk on Saturday - not a personal best, but still a decent pace for the race. I, again, was dead last, but Scott says that I won my group - I guess I was the only woman over 50 doing the 10K - the rest only did the 5K! We also got the basement textured, now I get to paint it! Will probably start this afternoon, I am curious to see what the color we picked out will look like! I am also very excited that when I get the (drywall) dust cleaned up, there will not be more! And we can unseal the finished rooms in the basement now that there will not be more drywall dust created! We are mostly packed for the cruise next week, just the dinner clothes to throw in the suitcases.

The baby robins are still in the backyard, but they are now out on their own - no adult supervision! We have allowed the dogs access to the whole yard now - one dog kept going thru the fence we set up! The robins fly well enough to escape from the dogs.

Hey, all....Haven't had time to catch up on the posts, as we just got in the house from camping. We headed down to Ouray, Colorado and although I love it, the 7 hour drive (this time 8 hours with the little man) gets me every time. I am not such a good traveler. Now I use the term camping lightly, as we do have a little pop up, but my parents live and work at Ridgway State park (where we camped) and their 5th wheel has every comfort of home with air conditioning (thank god) and a flat screen TV w/satellite. So, needless to say, a bit of time was spent there when we weren't out and about!

Just a stateroom update. I got an email from Dreams seeing if we would change staterooms as there is a party doing the repo and the 5 night B2B and evidently they are in 6632 for the 14 Night and would like to stay there for ours as well. So we are in 6630 now. Although 6632 is my most favorite stateroom, it is a great one to have for B2B , as we found out in 2004. So we are just one door down, now. Just for the gift exchange lists.....

Well with all the expertise I am sure everyone on this board has is there anything that anyone can do to help, give advice, or anything? If its something to be kept private that is understanable and we can just keep praying.

Thanks, I wish there was a way to help. We need to sell my mom's house desperately and things just aren't moving. Things are getting really bad for my sister with the economy and we had what we thought was the best chance for her to get out from under. Unfortunately it fell through and with the end of selling season coming soon, it's not looking good for winter.
