You'll find some kinds of 'theatre' candy but it'll be cheaper to take those kinds of snacks with you - or have them put in your gift basket if you order one.

Congrats to UNO!! Amazing to me that anyone can get a beagle to stand still or perform like that.... Bob, Tippy never failed to amaze me and I'm sure Belle will be the same way. You must be the Beagle Whisperer!

Regarding taking stuff on the ship... I've never had any kind of problem and believe me I've taken plenty..... Sometimes I just carried on chips etc in a Wal-Mart bag We usually stop at the Wal-Mart close to the port for last minute emergency snacks...

My favorite thing about Uno winning was that he really didn't hold still or behave -- he was a real beagle, prancing around and baying -- and he won for being himself!

ummm....I smuggled Bob's buttertarts onboard in my carryon....there was only a small package of 4 buttertarts....I know in the past we have brought chips and unopened bags of cookies (Oreo's & Chips Ahoy) onboard before and never had a problem.

Snow Day today Elaine???

We're having liquid sunshine a bit this morning....

well not exactly a snow day.....I hurt my back shovelling the driveway last night. Now they are saying ANOTHER storm is going to come through on the weekend......I'm not sure if I've mentioned it before but....I HATE SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it September yet???????????????????????

Well...they would have been coming to Scott's pre-cruise party...but since he's not having one this year....I guess not since DCL will only allow pre-packaged food onboard......I made an exeption on the 11 night cruise for Bob because he was unable to attend Scott's pre-cruise party and was dying to taste a buttertart.

I'm writing this still in work (nearly 7:30). I annoyed as I was supposed to leave at 4:30 today. At 4:25 I have a phonecall that the regional manager was in the building and wanted to see me

He wants me to head-up a project and I've got two weeks to do it. Considering I'm now off work until next Tuesday, it's a slightly tall order. He's had instruction sfrom our Chief Executive to get this done following queries at Ministerial level (I work for the Government).

I haven't even got the terms of reference !!!

Hence my annoyance - rant over.
