producers should really be more careful when they fudge details.
real ER buffs will already have realized this, but I caught something that was fudged while watching reruns over the weekend.
remember when Rachel came to live with Mark and Elizabeth, they recast the role with a different girl than the girl who played the part when Mark and Jen were still together? and Rachel was 14 in those episodes, which were done in the 2001-2002 season.
the episodes I saw on satruday night were the Thanksgiving and Christmas 1999 episodes. in fact, in the christmas episode they had a lot of Y2K talk and the coming of the millenium was on their minds (remeber that hype?). In the Thanksgivign episode, Mark got dragged away from Thanksgiving dinner with his father, Rachel and Elizabeth because Carol was in labor. they repeatedly emphasized that Rachel was 10 years old.
someonhow the math does n't work out, does it?
