Since I am not buying for another month I was wondering, what time is check out/check in??

Check in is after 4 check out is 11 am


With that said, you can check in earlier and your room MAY be ready, but most likey it will be ready around or after 4pm

Check In 4 PM, Out 11 AM

As far as checking in, early arrivals can be accomadated depending upon availabilty, during our Christmas 2007 stay we were delivered by ME at around 11:30 Am and our 2BR unit in South Point area was ready and waiting on us. For check out they require 11 AM check out so mousekeeping can perpare the room for the next quest. You may have bell services store your luggage until you are ready to depart. This Decmber our flight was 6PM, we checked our bags with bell services then took the ferry to Downtown Disney for a leisurely afternoon of shopping, late lunch, drivks and the kids used the Searacer boats at Capt Jacks.

There are no late checkouts with DVC resorts. It takes too long to clean the villas and the occupancy is very close to 100% most of the time.
