Speaker and Lights on Board

Portable speakers are fine, just be aware of the volume.

If you plan to decorate your door, the lights need to be battery powered. You may not hang them on the verandah.

I found some battery ones - they are quite tiny but bright.

Ditto on the volume and maybe not on the balcony?

Link isn't working for me. But as long as you are considerate with the volume, it shouldn't be an issue.

Ah, I have a little fan that i am hoping to use to get me to sleep . . . white noise and cool breeze. These are the little lights I am bringing. They are LED but I got the WARM WHITE. Tiny but bright. Takes 3 AA batteries. 9 feet long. 30 tiny lights. I think I got them at Target but it's been a while. Seems like smaller Christmas areas in stores this year - supply chain issues???

How big around are the mirrors? Does anyone know?

You CAN put battery lights on your doors. This is an example from Greensombrero for Halloween:

And this is a photo of the rather long chest of drawers in a deluxe family veranda cabin. Which ship are you sailing on? Not sure about the Wish. Can't imagine the mirrors are all different sizes but i really don't know. I am guessing maybe 28 inches by 30 inches??? But you can't use any adhesive . . you can use magnets. So not sure how to put them around a mirror? I was going to just lay them on the dresser OR maybe loop them through that little 'fence' along the shelves? They also look really cool inside a glass or clear plastic vase.

I thought the walls were metal? I was going to get some magnet based hooks to put the lights around the mirrors.
We'll be on the wonder. I really want to do our door, but I'm kind of worried that if we do - somebody will walk off with our stuff.

I've cruised eight times and never lost any door decorations, or noticed anything going missing from neighbors' door decorations.

I think you'll be OK with your decorations . . . those fish extender things (no, I won't go there) are more 'ripe' for walking away than some Christmas lights. Although I wouldn't use any rare Disney collectables in your display, just in case. The walls ARE metal . . . i've just never tried to stick a magnet in that little strip above the mirror . . . . i just wonder if those chests are pre-fab and might come attached to some sort of dry wall???

It happens. Most of the magnets on our door went "missing" on one of our cruises. When we reported in to Guest Services, they made up a couple of magnets for us. I also put out all the extra Mickey paint chips I had.

Absolutely, the only reason I want the speakers is to help me sleep so it shouldn't be loud.
Another option I use is an app on my Samsung Galaxy called White Noise Lite. I've been using it for years and it works great.
