I would call atleast 48 hours before to check availability and had been lucky with it... the only place I called the day before was for SSR and they did have availability...

I have had a few treatments at SSR. The one problem I have had, is that the therapist is too afraid to work trouble areas. I needed her to work my neck and barely touched it. She hadn't been doing massage therapy very long. I would ask for one of their more experienced therapists. I did that the next time and thereafter, and had no complaints.
