We exited the monorail at the Magic Kingdom, and were shortly through security and into the park. At the end of Main Street, we hung right into TomorrowLand and rode Space Mountain, then we walked to Frontierland.
Bad Dog!
We grabbed fastpasses for BTMRR, and got on the standby line. When we got off, the park was so crowded; there were cheerleading groups everywhere. We made a quick decision to ride the train around the park, use our fps for BTMRR, the take the train up to Main Street and head out to DownTown Disney for the remainder of the day.
Anthony looks for this guy every time he rides BTMRR, I never knew we could see him from the train also
By the time we got off BTMRR and onto a train, it was near time for the afternoon parade, and we wound up sitting on the train at the Toon Town station for about 15 minutes while the parade crossed the tracks and held up all railroad traffic.
I am shocked to say this, but it was a relief to get out of the park that afternoon.
We walked to the Contemporary, and caught a bus to DTD.
We headed straight to Ghirardellis for ice cream, and took a break to enjoy our treats. After Ice cream, we walked through the stores a bit, then blew a wad of cash in Goofys Candy Co (as usual)
It was time to go meet our DME bus, so we took a but back to WL, picked up our bags from Bell Services, and waited outside for our bus to arrive.
Goodbye Home
Sparky sulks on the bench before the bus arrives.
It made us sad to see a family getting off the bus to begin their vacation, while we were ending ours.
At the airport, we grabbed some McDonalds to eat and waited around for our flight. The flight left on time, and we were home to cold, cold NY around midnight.
