Yes. If you're planning on bringing more than two bottles, you'll want to take it out of your carry-on to show the security people that it's not alcohol.

That might be a bit more difficult, sparkling cider specifically states "Contains No Alcohol" on the label, but NA wine is actually reduced alcohol wine. The label will still show alcohol content, even if it is less than 1 proof, so they might still treat it as a normal bottle of wine.
