Does any counter service offer Spaghetti and meatballs for a meal ? Thank you!!!

I'm going to move this to our restaurant board.

SOme of the resorts have a spaghetti and meatball dinner with breadsticks and a salad (included at dinner time)......we have had it and its pretty good....

I don't remember any CS spaghetti and meatballs in the parks but the Chicken parm at Pinnochio's Village Haus in MK was really good when i had it in September.

Looks like just for dinner, not lunch.

I am sure that WPE does not run a separate menu for lunch and dinner. I would imagine that the salmon is also one of the menu items which, if it were only available for one menu, would have been on the dinner one but I had it at lunch time there last year. As far as I know the only separate menu they offer is the breakfast one and thereafter it is standard until closing time.

Just seen on the POFQ menu that pasta and meatballs is an option. I woudl assume this would be spaghetti

I have had the pasta dish at Port Orleans French Quarter, Movies and also at Pop Century.....all were pretty good tasting... not my home made sauce and meatballs but good.

I remember the Contempo Cafe had pasta shells and sauce but that was after 4pm

is pasta with meat sauce so, if the spaghetti & meatballs isn't on the lunch menu (and my guess is they have is whether its listed or not since everything else is identical) the rigatoni is an extremely similar option.

On their dinner menu only which you can order starting at 5:00 PM the Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary has Pasta with Marinara Sauce and
Pasta with Chicken Basil Cream Sauce.

This looks like the Wolfgang Puck Cafe menu, which is the table service. WP Express is the counter service and its menu is different than this and they only had one (lunch and dinner the same) the last time we were there.

Thanks for all the great answers/replys:goodvibes .
The reason I was asking was that I have FREE counter service dining plan in June, and was wondering if Spaghetti and meatballs were available at any of the counter service spots. It would be a good change from having to eat hamburgers, hotdogs, ribs and chicken halfs meals.

I dont think so - these definitely seem to be the WPE menus. It depends what site you look at. I think this one came from WDW Info menus. I cross referenced with the Allears.net menus and all items are the same on lunch and dinner menus.

I also have a paper copy of the menu DD brought home for her scrapbook last year and it has all items listed for lunch and dinner. I wonder if it was just an oversight. It makes no sense to remove one or two items from lunch and only make them available for dinner. If they had variations to the menu I would think there would be more items available for dinner that you didn't get at lunch.

Toomanycars, I am not challenging what you have posted at all as it is quite clear that the menu you refer to backs up your statement. I just meant to point out that there are discrepancies at the best of times between info on one site vs another and these are often just omissions or oversights on one of them.

I was looking directly on the Wolfgang Puck restaurant site itself, I hadn't checked any of the Disney menu sites. I had assumed they would know what their own menus are since they are the company. The direct from the horse's mouth thing, you know. Not that companies have never been wrong about their own menus, too, but what they had is exactly the menu we ordered from the last time we were there.

In this case, I will go with your info then. :thumbsup2 I didn't realize you had taken the menu you referenced from the restaurant site, which will no doubt be more up to date than my paper menu, which I admit is from October. :goodvibes

Most of the regular CS in the parks have meatball sandwich, which is pretty good, especially when compared to the hot dogs they are serving these days.
