I just returned from a wonderful trip to Disney World and tried to view my "Greetings from your Future" movies that I emailed home from Spaceship Earth. The movies downloaded and played; however, there is no sound. They opened with a program called TWINUI. I also tried playing them using Windows Media Player and got the same result - no sound. I am using a Windows 10 computer.

I Googled this problem, but couldn't find any answers. Does anyone here have any idea of what program might work or how to fix this issue? Thanks for your help!

Those often have technical challenges & don't work. The last few times we've been, there were problems with them even at Spaceship Earth.

I have some video files that for what ever reason, will only play with VLC player, so I can attest to it working when others won't.

:banana:Thank you both for your help. I'm happy to report that I tried this Video Player, and it worked perfectly. Nice clear sound!
