Anybody going to watch Thursday night to see the shuttle launch? It's scheduled for 9:35pm; our plane lands in sunny FLA at 3pm -- I sure hope it stays somewhat on schedule.

What's the best viewing while on property?

I hope it goes off as scheduled. You won't be disappointed. Night launches are the best. This will be the first night launch we've had in several years. So keep your eyes open. You won't miss it, trust me.

As for the best viewing area on property, I haven't a clue. Just look east! :thumbsup2

I was thinking near the top floor of the Wilderness Lodge, looking out over the pool and the lake - what do you think?

At WDW - one of the best locations is on the Polynesian Beach. Grab a hammock if they are available!

We'll be watching from our front lawn!! :cool1:

I hope so!

I work until 9:15 and then can go outside to see it in my front yard.

I just hope weather cooperates..sometimes gets a little windy with the cold fronts and we haveone coming for tomorrow. Not sure if it gusts enough to warrant a postponement.
