Just wondering.... I know it goes upside down, which doesnt bother me, but it will bother my gf, however, as Im sure there will be the usual health and safety guff on a sign outside it, does it make it specific that you will be inverted, or does it just say people with neck problems blah blah...

The last time I went, it was before they made it into Mission Space 2. There was a video playing where a polite American lady advises that Mission Space is a high speed roller coaster ride in the dark (expectant mothers, people with heart conditions and motion sickness should not ride)..........i am sure she also says "with twists and loops" but it has been a while. You also tend to block her out after a couple of goes. I am sure someone here will correct me.

It is still pretty good fun !

Stevey, If you can manage to get her on it, she won't even feel the loops! Distract her from the signs if there are any :rotfl:

well thats the plan!! hee hee

So I was right!! you want to trick her onto it!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: That is sooooooooo naughty :rotfl2:

i think it does say twists and loops... or might even say "360 [where's the degrees do-dah?] loop"... onthe sign at the top of the stairs down to boarding...

but you don't really notice it anyways... lol... it's all too confusing... and it's not like she can get off once you've set off ;)

we convinced this little irish boy stood outside with his family to go on, he was like 7, only just tall enough to ride and had never been on a rollercoaster before! we told him to keep his head back.. lol... He LOVED it....

I managed to 'con' my girlfriend into going on it. I told her that it didn't go upside down and that it didn't go very fast. She kept her eyes closed all the way round. To this day she doesn't know that it went upside down! Where's the harm in that?!?

Stevey, I have visions of this

She's gonna kill you !!

LOL, good luck with dragging her onto it Steve. I'm SURE she'll enjoy it once she goes on it. That's the way it was with me when my dad quite literally picked me up and dragged me on Oblivion at Alton Towers! :earseek: And now I'm a rollercoaster addict for life. :hyper:

I hope it goes well as I would kill my husband if he told fibs about a ride.

If you don't open your eyes you can feel something but I am not sure you know that you loop. You can definately feel the corkscrew. I think it is much better now we are at Mission 2 and the decorations are great if you can keep your eyes open.
