Hello,
I said in a previous post that I am overweight and worried about fitting into the rides at Disney World. One ride I am particularly concerned about is Space Mountain. I rode the ride a couple years ago when I was 6 inches slimmer around the waist and didn't have any problems, but I am really panicking about it because I am going to be there in about four weeks and haven't been able to lose a significant amount of inches.
The thing I am worried about on Space Mountain is not whether or not I will fit into the seat per se, but whether or not I can fit into the lap bar's range. I seem to remember Space Mountain having a lap bar that doesn't click as you pull it down (as in, locking in several areas as you pull it down), but one that you simply pull down and it locks wherever it ends up. Am I accurate in remembering this?
