I haven't really tracked how accurate Undercover Tourist is in terms of forecasting DL closing, but I would go with the information on the DL website over a third party site. They do mention in the comments that they don't have the September refurbishment calendar yet, so I'd be inclined to say that they put in September 7th as an estimated date and were waiting for more information.

I understand that HalloweenTime will start on Sept 15. If so it would make sense that SM would be down through Sept 14 to add Ghost Galaxy. If I recall GG takes 4 days or so to set up.
