Space Mountain Confirmed Refurbishment

So, May 3rd it is closed for refurb. Which we know is getting the quick Hyperspace mountain overlay setup. Which seems it will only be down for the day as its supposed to be running that night for the early event and should be in full swing on the 4th of May. Good news for anyone going before those days that were thinking it was going to possibly closed on their April / May dates.

At least through the Solo movie opening at the end of May, but a lot of people are speculating they'll leave it all summer until the Ghost Galaxy overlay.

Where did you see that? Because May 3 they are having Starwars nights party and Hyperspace will be open. Maybe they’ll keep it closed during the daytime and open it up for the party. We will be there that week, and May 4th is our last park day. I’m really looking forward to riding Space Mtn, esp since it was closed our first visit in September.

I do too! We will be there mid-June, and our son is a huge Space Mountain and Star Wars fan - this would be a blast for him!
