Hi

In the space center there is a shuttle launch experience that my little lad is too small to go on. Now at the end of it apparantly you exit down some spiral walkway in which you can see space and planets.....is there any way he will be able to experience this part as it would "make his day"

Cheers

While waiting for my family to exit this ride, I went up the out ramp to look around. I'm not sure if this was allowable or not, but nobody was around to stop me. I did ask at the front of the line if I would be able to walk through and not get on the ride and was told yes. The only reason I opted out was that everyone must put all articles in a locker (free, but a hassle). I just didn't want to be bothered since I was holding everybody's stuff.

I did the non-moving seats for the ride and you do go down the circular exit you mention. There were two small children with their grandpa in the room with me.

They did insist I put my purse in the locker even though I was not moving, but it wasn't that big a deal. It was fun watching the expressions on the family members' faces.

Sheial
