Space Available Cruises

@mmouse37 Hi MJ! Space Available rates that include NYC sailings finally dropped last night! I've attached them here. I've been watching as well since we live in southern NJ (just across from Philly).

My husband and I are likely going to book the Canada cruise for a kids-free getaway. I just wish it was the longer itinerary of prior years, but I know there have been access restrictions with some of the ports previously visited. Our daughters, my mom and I are booked on the NYC-San Juan repo sailing in November for a girls' trip -- I'm glad that I went ahead and booked that since it's not showing up on the SA list. I think it's booking up well since it's "Jersey Week" plus Election Day that week, so many NJ schools are closed for the full week. As a repo sailing, it was relatively reasonable even without the discount

Last night's drop was the most SA sailings that I've seen in a while now. I kept thinking (hoping!) that once sailings that included the Disney+ deal guests were done, we'd start seeing more SA sailings show up again.

Thank you so very much for thinking about me. I was stalking the Retiree site all day yesterday and the new SA list finally came out between 6 and 7 pm. I saw the NY cruises and immediately called (on hold for 25 minutes) and booked 4 cabins on the 6 night cruise. Unfortunately, they only had insides left....all the verandahs were gone already (and I called immediately but the CM on the phone told me active CM's could book directly online which I had forgotten about.....retirees have to call in for a reservation). He did tell me to call back early this morning as some reservations that were not paid in full last night would go back into inventory. I called right at 8 am and was able to upgrade myself to a verandah. Now I just need 2 more verandah upgrades so I'll keep calling and hoping they release some more verandah cabins so I can upgrade our friends' cabins. There seems to be many verandah cabins left on the site for the general public so who know!!!

Thanks again for thinking of me. Enjoy your cruises....the NY to San Juan sounds awesome.

That's great! And, I hope you were able to get the two additional verandah upgrades. I see them as still available with the SA offer on the booking site, so I hope that means you were able to get them without issue.

That 6 night cruise sounds wonderful!!

I'm so disappointed to not see any NYC sailings on yesterday's fall 2024 releases, as I'm sure you are too. Hopefully the gaps in sail dates might mean that some NYC sailings get thrown in, though I'm not anticipating that.

Actually I was only able to upgrade one of the cabins to verandah. I call every single day in the hopes they release more verandahs but they tell me no every time I call. I still need to upgrade one more cabin to a verandah and one to a O/V if possible.

I was bummed about not seeing NY for 2024 but hopefully they will fit some in.!!

UPDATE!!! just about an hour ago the new pdf posted at the retiree site and the cruise I am on is still listed (where 2 hours ago when I called they said there were no cabins at all left on the SA rate). So I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes but I was able to upgrade the other cabin to a verandah and one cabin to an ocean view so everyone is now happy!!! I can stop calling every day!!!

I just booked the Wish from 18-22 September at the cast member discount. It will be my first time on the Wish. Thought it would never come up.
