If I can’t get an ADR from a dining reservation search, is this restaurant doing walk-up? We will be there first week of November and wondering if there is a long wait to score a same-day reservation or if they are doing this at all…

They are to some extent. I waited for the lounge at park opening once. I waited an hour and a half but stuck with the lounge. Several persons in line were able to book same day reservations.
