I booked Space 220 Lounge today, based on recommendations on here. (I was going to do Space 220 Restaurant.)

But in MDE when I look at the menu it’s incredibly limited… basically apps and drinks. Can someone confirm if we can also order the Prix Fixe in the lounge?

Yes, you can, but I don't see why you would.
I can still switch my reservation to the restaurant. I chose the lounge for maximum menu options. Should I keep it?

It’s just that on MDE the food options in the lounge are incredibly limited… like only six things and none are meals. This is our big meal for the day, so I need to made sure that we can get lunch not just appetizers.

Yes you can. When we went my husband and I ordered off the lounge menu and my son ordered off the regular kids menu. DH and I ordered 3 different apps and shared them. It was enough to fill us.

The Lounge menu is very limited, it is for folks who just want a nibble with their drinks. If you want the Prix Fixe meal and the chance at sitting closer to the "windows" then I would switch my ADR to the Restaurant.

I was thinking maybe we’d get 2 prix fixe and several appetizers to share amongst the 4 of us. Should we just do the restaurant instead?

NO. If you book Restaurant EVERY PERSON MUST GET the Prix Fixe. If you don't all want to order it then go to the Lounge where that is an option. You can order both in Lounge, as you describe.

I would definitely keep the lounge as it gives the most flexibility with the menu. Also the "views" are guaranteed to be better as well. I say this because I had a window table once in the restaurant and unfortunately all you see is the reflection of the inside. Any "window" seat is terrible in my opinion.

You can order the prix fixe menu, but you cannot order individual parts of the dinner menu. You have to get the whole thing or just the lounge menu.

The lounge gives you a choice. You can order from either the lounge menu or the full prix fix menu.

When I was there last month, I ordered 2 appetizers (one to share), my friend ordered an app, and her husband got the full meal (app + entree + dessert). The 2 of them did share parts of his entree and dessert.

When my Mom and I went last fall, we ordered 3 apps (1 of each of us + 1 to share) and then desserts. It was plenty for the 2 of us.
