Spa reservation question

If I am just interested in a "normal" spa treatment (like a neck/shoulder massage) and not one of the high demand ones, do I need to be in a hurry to get there during the ressie scramble, or can I wait until later on??

You should still go early in the afternoon, the times do book up, even for standard massages. If you wait you risk the chance that you will not get what you want.
