Spa Question

Does anyone know if the Laniwai Spa generally has availability for walk-ups? Or do appointments book up in advance? We'll be there late September. We have a couples massage booked one evening currently but depending on how things go with our schedule the day before, it's possible we may want to go the next morning instead. Would we be safe taking our chances and switching it on the fly? I don't want to take up two reservations and then cancel at the last minute, if they do in fact book up. Thanks!

Just got home yesterday. They recommend reservations. You can cancel so better to make one and cancel the day before than not have any luck at all. It was a fabulous experience. No pressure sales and worth every penny. Seriously one of the best massages I have ever had and I have been getting regular massages for over 20 years. My daughter and I did the couples massage so we could share a room and it was great. Ours was scheduled for 1 pm and I recommend arriving at least 1 hour early

We LOVED the spa. I was literally in there every day and they knew me by the end of our trip lol. They do recommend reserving in advance, and I would echo that. My aunt tried to make a reservation while we were there and they couldn't fit her in.

I agree with going ahead and making a reservation. You can always cancel if you choose not to go. However, I would say don't cancel! I would agree with a PP, it was worth every penny IMHO. DW and I did a couples massage. The whole experience was awesome. We will do that again the next time we are at Aulani!!

Thanks for all the replies. We will definitely be doing a couples massage, but I want my schedule to be as fluid as possible so we have room for spontaneity. I didn't want to schedule an appointment for the sake of that, but it sounds like I should book it just in case. Thanks!
