Spa, massages???

Can someone please tell me which resorts have spas and where I can find what kind of massages they offer? I'm doing the half marathon in January and I NEED to get one of these after I'm finished walking! ALso- how far in advance can you reserve them?

The AKL, Beach Club, Boardwalk and Grand Floridian all have Spas offering massages. ~~

I got a little confused with the messages....realized you mean massages. The GF and the Saratoga Springs resort have full service Spas and health and fitness rooms. I have gone to the SPA at the GF and it was very nice. I generally book 60 days in advance and have had no problems getting in.
