Spa manicure

Anyone ever had the fire and ice manicure ?
Do they just use polish or will they do gel ?

I did Fire & Ice mani/pedi (not gel) several years ago and was underwhelmed - not much pampering for the price.

They do have gel but it will be an up charge. I dont remember exactly how much it was.
