Spa for a Guy?

Hey all, I am headed for a 4 day solo trip to SSR in a few weeks....need a couple of days of R&R. I use the gym there quite a bit but am wondering about treating myself to a spa treatment.....here's the thing-I am a guy! I once went with my wife to get a foot massage (have a hard time saying I had a pedicure!)and it was out of this world. So, any recommendations on a spa treatment for a guy? thanks all!

When I visit a spa I usually like to get a hot rock massage or even just a regular massage. During the initial discussion with masseuse or masseur you can specify any sore muscle spots or areas they should concentrate on such as your back or shoulders. A massage would definitely complement your gym workout.

our last adult get away was to a spa and it was great, and its not something I'd normally do, its more my wifes thing. Got a 1 hr swedish massage and was willing to go back the next day for another treatment
