Spa at SSR vs. CSR

We have a trip coming up in July and will be staying at CSR for the first time. Usually we are at one of the BW resorts but, as this is my fourth trip since January, I'm trying to save a bit of money on the hotel this time! From what I've read on the boards, CSR looks to be a good choice I'm hoping we like it. Have requested n/s, upper floor Cabanas section ~ any thoughts?

I will be with my one daughter (22) who is a CP there right now. My other daughter (26) will be coming down for a 3-day week-end and we'd like to try out one of the spas. Has anyone been to the spa at CSR? We had planned to go over to the spa at Saratoga Springs, but now were wondering about the one right at our resort. Anyone done both?
Suggestions on your favorite treatments?

All health clubs and spas (and salons) at WDW are run by Nikki Bryan Spas. www.relaxedyet.com

You'll get the same service at any of them for the same price--and the technicions and therapists often move around between them.

For a true world class spa experience, go to Canyon Ranch at Gaylord Palms. It blows away ANYTHING Nikki offers. I'm pretty sure she's lost some of her best people to Canyon Ranch as well. The only advantage to Nikki Bryan is that she uses Jurlique products which I think are the best in the world.

I don't know if I would have even thought about a spa break during our WDW vacation, and knowing that the services are priced LOWER than my area here at home makes it even more appealing! The DIS board "rocks" again!
