Spa and Guest Services Questions

A couple more questions before we take our plunge on Oct. 5th....

1) Is Guest Services available 24 hours?

2) Once spa appointments are made, is there a time frame to cancel or reschedule without a penalty (is there a penalty)?

Can't help you with the spa, but Guest Services is available 24 hours/day. I was there one night at 1:30 AM, and was there every morning before 5 AM, chatting with Baxter.

According to the navigator: To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations,
