I know that silk soy milk is available at several restaurants and counter services. You just have to ask. I unfortunately found this out at the end of my trip in January. My dd can't drink milk and I was telling a waiter on our last night about it and he was like would you like some soy milk and I was shocked. He informed me that most places on property will have it! HTH
I found soy milk at most (not all) cs and ts locations. It usually isn't on the menu but just ask!
I noticed that they were using Silk brand soy milk last September, and if I remember correctly, they only had vanilla. I could be wrong on that though.
My milk allergic child had no trouble getting the PLAIN (not vanilla) soy silk at every place we dined at Disney, TS or CS in 2007. We did have to ask at each location. It is not typically offered but they always had it in the back.

Wow am I glad I saw this thread! My DD can only have soy milk and I was just complaining to DH that she would be without her milk for ten days unless we have some delivered from Garden Grocer. Now I know I can get some when we are out to eat. Awesome!
