We also do Christmas ornaments and I usually pick up something for my nephew and my sister too. I like stuff I'll use frequently so I buy a top or a purse.
Postcards - one a day and addressed to the cat...usually Booty (awesome one) c/o CeeBee (not as awesome) and telling her how the day went and that we miss her.
Those and the BF and I are slowly getting a larger pressed penny collection...as in we have about 10 in total, both from WDW and DL.
We go every couple years. I get a baseball style hat that I'll wear often, shirts and hoodie that say Disneyland (not just a Disney shirt, has to say Disneyland), and a Christmas ornament.
One year I got the pack of vintage actraction posters and had those matted and framed professionally, and the Disneyland Alex and Ani bracelete. This next trip I want the Disneyland Starbucks mug.

I usually get a coffee mug and pin. My oldest DD usually buys one or the other for me. I'm thinking Pirates Anniversary pin. Mugs, we'll have to see. I like them fairly uniform in the cabinet so if there's nothing new that fits in with what I already have I'll probably skip it. Maybe a new hoodie. That's always on my list but I either can't find the right size or it says "Resorts" instead of "Disneyland." (I see I'm not alone in this.) The only one I've ever settled on was out of desperation (was soaked to the bone from rain) and too big. I've since lost 36lbs so the hunt continues.
My bucket list is a pair of Mickey Ray Bans. I have no idea if they're available or not. If not, rest assured I will spend the money on something that is totally unnecessary and ridiculously overpriced.
My kids each get an autograph book, ears, t-shirt and plush. (yeah, they're spoiled) They can "trade" the t-shirt and/or plush for something else if they want but they have to wait until towards the end of the trip to do it. I have them take pics of all the "wants" throughout the trip and decide on the last day. 90% of the time they stick with tradition.
DH is just not a souvenir type of guy but if older DD and I see something with Jessica Rabbit on it we get it for him.
