Souvenirs - cheaper online or better to buy at DLR?

It depends on what you're going to buy. General Disney merchandise will be cheaper outside of the parks, but items that specifically say Disneyland will not be available outside the parks.

And some items are only available in the parks. For instance, if your child wants a plush Jedi Mickey or Darth Goofy, you'll only find those in the parks or on ebay.

All of our t-shirts purchased at Walmart say Disneyland on them.

I thought Disney was trying to crack down on those types of things, but they can't be everywhere. I have edited my post accordingly.

They are official Disney merchandise. My guess is that Disney knows that they will sell a larger volume of products and make more money if offered at alternative places.
