I'm close with the 3 little girls that live next door (ages 11, 8, and 5) and I want to bring them each something special back from WDW this fall. I asked them who their favorite Disney Characters are and was told Ariel, Rapunzel, and Elsa/Anna. But I want to bring them something special, not just something they can find in the Disney Store or any Target. Can anyone think of anything special I could look for?

Thanks!

If you had time maybe autographs from their favorite character? If you can FP+ or line up for each Princess. Also in DHS and also World of Disney you can pick an item say a hand towel or hat and get it embroided. That is a nice unique gift.

Press a penny.

Luggage tags from the machines for school bags that engrave name and address on different designs. I have a Princess one it's cute. I think I got it from EPCOT in the main building where Soarin is by the elevator.

Golly, I love the idea of autographs! And I have to admit, a bit selfishly I know, but as a child free adult it would be a great excuse to meet the characters that I've always wanted to meet anyway! But I already have my FP's selected, and while I know it may not be THAT long of a wait for Ariel and Rapunzel, it's probably going to be way, way too long to meet Elsa and Anna. I am storing this idea though, I love it! What should I bring for them to autograph? Is there someplace I get high quality pics of them? OR...maybe I could find them each a double-sided picture frame and place the personalized autograph on one side and a pic of the Princess/Queen on the other??

Thanks for the input all, you guys are the best!

We were at WDW last month and the wait time at the Frozen meet and greet was surprisingly short. A couple of times we walked past and it was posted at 10 or 15 minutes in the middle of the day. I think the whole Frozen thing has died down significantly.

Are you familiar with flatties? They are little paper dolls, basically (remember the kids book Flat Stanley). You could make a flatty of each of the 3 girls and have a picture taken of the flatty with the princess of their choice. It would kind of be like they "met" the characters.

You could get pillow cases and get the Chatacters to sign them with a sharpie to the girls name.

We got Christmas decorations also once with names on them. That was nice.

I haven't been able to find these at the local Disney store or online, but the World of Disney had earrings with the characters on them - we got Ariel and Elsa - and they had them in clip ons. They also have charm bracelets you can build.

I was thinking if you get the storybook for each character and then get them to sign the book that would be nice

And they have 3 sets of Anna's and Elsa meeting so wait is much lower than before (<20mins)

Another idea would be to make a sign with their names on it and take a picture in front of the Castle or something holding it

Hee Hee Hee - I actually did something like this. There was somebody I knew who was very reserved, and on the face of things, hated being made fun of, but I knew he secretly loved it. So I wrote "Where in The World is (his name)", won't use it here, then took my picture in front of each park's weenie, and also with a bunch of characters holding it. Got lots of questions from guests, CM's, and characters who he was. Shared the pics with everybody when I got back. He did get red, and tried to act embarrassed, but I could see he was really enjoying it. Was a big hit, and we had LOTS of laughs! :)

For a friend who loves Chip n Dale, we got the Chip n Dale hat and asked the characters to sign it. My friend absolutely loved it.

What about Mickey ears with their names on them? I think they are expensive now. When I worked in the shop they were 5.30 . Funny how I can remember prices 20 years ago at WDW. I guess since we were the shop that sewed the ears it was the most popular item sold. Next would have been the autograph books. (They were 5.30 too.) Another idea is the pick a pearl. I was given one of these from a little girl I tutored. Good Luck!!

Just wanted to add that the pick a pearl is a good idea too - especially if you can film them doing the picking (it's a pretty fun show they do) ... and the pearl itself isn't that expensive (it can get up there if you get them set into jewellery though)

Mickey straws!! They cost less than $1. and many of the quick service restaurants carry them! They come in a few colors. I'd probably get mickey straws and some candies or treats from the Goofy Candy Company or Main Street Confectionary and call it done.

Another idea would be to buy them each a personalized Christmas Ornament.

Frozen Ever After had a posted standby time of 105 minutes-we actually spent 140 minutes in line. The newness of the ride hasn't worn off.

The meet and greet also has three rooms of Anna and Elsa which helps drastically with the wait time of that. The ride is obviously more popular and has less capacity.
