Just for parks or is there any where to fill it up in Citywalk or the resorts?

there are no soda dispensers in the hotels.
you can purchase sodas in the can or bottle there.

Slightly off topic but are there fridges in the rooms? And is there anywhere on property to buy 2L of soda? At WDW we get a 2L of Coke (and milk) in the gift shop and keep them in the room fridge.

The only fridges in the rooms are the bar fridges that are stocked by the hotel and priced through the nose. You can rent a fridge or if you have an infant or medicinal needs, they will put it in your room for free.

I don't think I have seen any 2L bottles of soda.
