If you want your purchases delivered to your resort room and your not there when its delivered, what happens? Do they come in and leave it or bring it somewhere else?

It is not delivered to your room (it used to be), it is delivered to the resort gift shop. You go there, with your green receipt, and they will go in the back room and get it for you.

Just remember that it takes 24 hours to deliver your package. If you purchase something the day before you are leaving, you'll need to carry it with you.

It is a great service. No carrying any bags around with you.

Autually they changed it, for the Year of a Million Dreams. So anything that you buy in the parks and that you don't want to care around with you, you can have it sent back to your room and they will leave it right on your bed or table. I am really happy, that they went back to doing it this way myself and can't wait to try it out in Dec.!

When we were at WDW the first week of October, we had to pick up our purchases at the resort gift shop. As far as I know, they haven't been delivering to the rooms for some time.
