Hello everyone!!! I need your help... I'm leaving tomorrow to Orlando . I have never been on Soutwest Airlines, I purchased the early check in. I just checked in and have Boarding Group A position 24-27... I don't know if that is the family group?? Confused.......Can I take my stroller to the plane????

When you get to the gate there will be a place for you to line up where you board number corresponds. Yes you can take the stroller to the gate. They will gate check it. When you get off in Orlando you will get your stroller

you have very good numbers. You board after those with disabilities. (A) group then families then (B) group then (C)
You can take the stroller down the ramp before you board and they will put it under the plane, BUT you need to get a stroller tag at the agents desk as soon as you get to your assigned gate.

You will have basically a pick of the entire plane, unless your flight is a continuation from another city that had just stopped in your city.

If you have kids 14 and under, you cannot sit in the exit rows.

When you get to the gate, get a gate check tag for the stroller. You will roll it down the jetway and leave it just outside of the plane where a worker will take it and put it under the plane.... you will then pick it up just outside the plane when you arrive in Orlando.

Request the gate-check tag when you get to the gate, as dudspizza advises - don't wait until it's time to board.

Don't rush off the plane, either. It takes a little while for gate-checked items to be brought up to the jetway.
