This may sound like a real dumb question...but.....I booked through Southwest Vacations (flight, room, tickets, dinning) I have the SW Reservation number, but is there a way to get my reservation number for my room? Like if I needed it for the frig swap? or can I call the hotel and see if I am booked for them and they have my info? Our trip isn't until May, but I get nervoud that when I get there, we won't have a room?

Your SW reservation number is your room reservation number. There are no seperate numbers for each componet of your package with the exception of your flight locater number. You probably don't have your travel docs yet since your vacation is still a little ways away. You could try two things, go to the SW web page about their vacation pkgs and under FAQ see if there is info on how to contact them (it is a third party co. that does the pkgs which is part of the reason you get a paper ticket and not an E ticket so you are unable to check in for your flight online). If you can call SW vacations, do so and ask them your questions. Or and this may or may not work, you can try to call directly to the resort and see what can be done. However my experience with calling the resort when you have a pkg bokked with them is that the resort can see your reservation but can not access it. I'm sure everything will work out and you will have a great vacation. Even though the SW pkgs have their faults, I still book them on occasion because you can really get a better deal than buying the componets seperately. At least with the Las Vegas and Ski pkgs. ;)

You won't be assigned a room until you check-in anyhow.

For swaps most of the time all they need it the resort and dates . You will then pick up the fridge at bell services or have them bring it to your room for you.

When booking through TAs they own everything until you use them thats why you don't get many detailed numbers with them. But don't worry as long as you have their paper work and have paid you should be OK.

I have used SWV for a few Vegas trips and never had a problem.
