Will southwest open up seats on the unavailable lower price options-such as dings and internet fares? I am afraid I missed my opportunity to book the seats I waited because I had to check about sons medical appointment date(had to change arrival date). We are on free dining starting september 16th.

I can get one seat at the internet fare but when I put in 2, the price increases-any magical way to get around this?

It is likely that only one fare is available at the lower price. No way to get around this unless SWA opens up more seats at the lower price.

That font you are using is too small and hard to read. You might want to stick with the default font.

if it's marked as unavailable, it's likely to stay that way...

to get one ticket at a lower fare, book the seats individually.

I think I will book one ticket at the lower fare and hope that another opens up at the lower one also, Thanks

You are getting close to the 14 day window when the fare is cheaper. I would suggest booking the cheap one and another one separately and if one opens up, take advantage of that and change. You may end up with a credit but better than to be stuck with no flight.

I didn't even catch that about the date in the OP. I'd make the changes now. As it is, you're already inside the 21 booking window. Once you get into the 14 day window, you don't have as much flexibility in the types of fares offered...
