Southwest travel fund

I noticed that the fare went down and I have the option to cancel my flight and rebook using the travel fund.

Just wondering if it is possible to use the remaining fund for:
1). Hotel, car rental
2). Westjet flights

Unfortunately Nope! You can only used it for future SW flights.
