Southwest Splendors - Check your Grand Junction flights

If you are using United to fly out of Grand Junction, please check your flights. United has made some major changes in their schedule which moved the fllight we were booked on to almost 4:00 in the afternoon. However, United moved us to another flight without telling us which leaves only an hour later then we were orginally scheduled. We are flying from Grand Junction to Denver so I don't know if it is just the Denver flights or if they made changes across the board.

I booked the flights myself so I would have thought I would have been notified by United. We are booked on the June 12 tour (just got our backpacks and stuff )

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

Definitely! We're on the September tour and greatly looking forward to reviews.

I'm especially interested in hearing about the hotel at the Grand Canyon. I'm actually a bit worried, and it will be nice to hear some good things about it, to calm our concerns. Or at least to hear the not so good things about it, to prepare us for what we should expect.

We're taking US Airways, so no airline issues for us.

Don't worry about the hotel at the Grand Canyon, while it is not a 5 star hotel, it was adequate. The kids liked the chess tables in the lobby and the rooms were clean, even if a little basic. The pool is indoor.
