Southwest sale!!

hmmm... no difference from last week..... I don't think this is the big anniversary sale yet.....at least for my dates:thumbsup2 good reminder to keep checking though

Wow. I don't remember this ever happening before...there are no flights from the airports around me that fly anywhere close to Disneyland. I always book the fall fare sale for a trip to DL, but it seems to be quite specifically excluded this time.

My flight was the same as well. I think the sale may begin next Tuesday.

I have flights Oct and Dec and saved $114.00. Akron-Canton (Ohio) to MCO direct.

op will southwest give you credit or refund your money if you already bought tickets?

My flight went down. I booked with Rapid Reward Points. What do I do now? Will Southwest automatically refund the difference or do I have to call them?

Southwest will give you a credit for use on a future flight. That's why once I book, I continually keep checking the prices to see if they go down.

We had to adjust our dates from Sat-Sun to Tues-Tues but it was so worth it to save almost $400. We were almost driving for 14 hours instead. Luckily, I hadn't booked the Universal part of our trip so instead of going there first, will go there at the end of our trip Sun-Tues and DS7 will miss 5 days of school instead of 3 but he'll be fine. Plus all of the teachers love him and me :)

I was so excited! I got my going down fares cheaper than they have been for a long time. We fly out of Nashville and scored the $98 fare, which we used our RR points (around 6K points). I wonder if the anniversary sale will be any better? I am very pleased with the fares.

Got Chicago-Orlando roundtrip in December for $99 each way :cool1:

Thanks!!! My flight down went down $20

Dh's too!

I forgot, mine & ds14's are a standard award so I'm sure they won't beat that price!

Still the Sunday return is well over $200 even on sale and USAirways was only $164 so we bought the return there.
How strange is that?!

You need to either call them or use the change flight feature on the website.

Question: I just checked and the prices did go down for our dates ( thanks! ). The problem is I'm not positive we are going to Disney this year. If I book now and find out in Oct a trip in Nov is just not going to happen, what will happen? I am booking using points. Do I get my points back? Or some sort of credit? Thanks!
