Southwest reservations being dropped

Watch your SW reservations. This is the second time in a week my reservations were arbitrarily dropped. A few days ago two of my reservations were dropped. The flights were not cancelled. But my reservations were dropped. I had to go in and rebook them, luckily I was able to rebook the same flight for the same cost.

Last night, another one of my reservations was dropped. Again, the flight was not cancelled. I just had to go in and rebook, luckily the same flight at the same cost.

The point of this is, if you think you have a flight coming up, you better double check. Im sure most of you are checking every few hours anyways, hahaha

Not sure I understand what you mean by dropped reservation. If you have a confirmation, where did the payment you paid go? Are they refunding you money or giving you travel funds?

Great point. Check your credit card transaction and reservation number. Never heard of that. Swa is the best

I booked reservations with points. Yes , points were refunded back to my account. Yes, I received confirmation emails for the cancelled reservations.

Weird. I’ve never seen that either. While I do check flight prices regularly, I don’t check my actual reservations.

Same. Unless u got a confirmation number you never booked.
