I booked a flight to Jamaica and might have to change or cancel it. I know I will have no problem with the points but there was about $100 that I had to pay cash for Jamaican taxes will I be able to get those changed or get a refund?

Yes, you will be able to. SWA flights booked with points are fully refundable. International taxes may be high, but they're treated no differently than domestic taxes and fees. (The only issue would be if you had purchased the flights with cash, in which case you would be eligible for either a refund or for your money to be held in a travel account for a year for later use, depending on the fare type you booked.)

Thank you!
