Southwest Re-Booking Question

I originally booked our airfare when the window opened. I booked all 3 of us together, round trip. I now want to change my return flight to a later time.

When I look at the cost for the time I want, it is $135, but jumps to $151 when I try to change because I booked all 3 together, I have to change all 3.

Am I able to cancel my current my return flights and re-book each person individually? When I put in 2 adults it comes up at $135, but 3 jumps to $151. I would be happy with paying 2@$135 and 1@$151 just to get the later tiime.

Thanks!

Call Southwest and ask to split the PNR so you are on a separate reservation, leaving the other two together. Then go online and change your return. Do not have the phone agent make the change; you will be charged for this.

Thanks for the tip. I will do that.
