I have tickets that totaled $736.40 and today the rates went down to make our flight $694.20, which is a difference of $42.20. How can I get the difference credited since we already paid the higher price?

Thanks so much!

I'm a little impatient LOL So I called and got help. Our flight leaving out was actually cheaper than what I was getting today so I only changed our return flight and I just got a credit for $75 just by changing our return flight!!!!
Next question, is there a limit of how many times this can be done before our flight if the price keeps dropping?

There is no limit on how many times you can change your flight and obtain credits. Just beware that you must use the credits up within a year of your original purchase date and the more changes you make the more "funds" you receive. When you use your ticketless travel funds you can only use 4 at a time, so you may have to make more than one reservation.

Also, since it's a credit, you'll have to actually take a trip to use it. If there are no trips in your future (a year from original purchase), it's best to stop looking at not get the adjustments.

I had to dump $40 in credits because another trip was impossible in the timeframe. Money was just as wasted as if I'd not gotten the credits. Wish I'd stopped looking at the prices.

I know what you mean, I kept reducing my airfare for 2 trips and ended up with over $800 in credit to use. We ended up "having" to take a week long trip to Washington D.C. over fall break to use it all up! ;)

$800 is at least helpful! The amount we got, in the number of tiny increments we got it in...not so much.

Could you give the credit to someone else who will be traveling in that time frame?

Yes, ticketless travel funds are transferrable. All they need is the name the reservation was under and the confirmation number.

Thanks for posting this information - just noticed a $180 price drop and now that a nice size credit - the only question is when I will be able to go again....thanks!

I was only able to use 3 at a time today... I wonder if that has changed. We had 8 credits, I had to book me, my husband, and both our boys seperately to use all of the credits...

It's been a while since I used credit and was writing from a feeble memory. If it's 3 at a time, I apologize for any confusion.
