Does southwest have a no annual fee credit card? If so, do they ever offer 50k bonus miles?

I have done quite a bit of research into the SW credit cards and my understanding is that no, they are never offered without a fee. I'm not an expert though, so I obviously could be wrong!

No they dont.....but this is one annual fee that is well worth it.

I agree. I've had it almost 10 yrs now and it was $59 when I signed up so that's what I'm locked in. We put everything on it and I make several payments per week online so it doesn't get overwhelming.
Just thinking off the top of my head I have at least 18 one way flights to MCO booked between last April and next March. 12 for my family, 4 for my niece and 2 for dh's niece. I also use the SW shopping mall and dining rewards though we rarely eat out.
For us it would be stupid to give up the card because it has an annual fee.

Southwest does charge an annual fee but they give you points every year you pay the annual fee. Those points they give you equals the amount of that fee or very close to it. Ex a $99 fee they will give you 6000 points.

We just started with ours in August. After spending the $2,000 in 3 months, we have 56,000 points! We have just been using it for every day expenses and paying it off throughout the week. I have been putting an extra $5 on with every payment to pay off the annual fee. We always fly Southwest any time we can so the $99 annual fee was not a big deal to us - the perks are worth it!

Nope- and as others have stated- it's well worth the fee ( and then some!) free cards aren't always the best deal......

I think it's one of the best annual fee flight cards because you actually get points for paying your annual fee versus other cards you net nothing.

Thanks for the replies. I'll have DH sign up, as I have 2 chase credit cards in my name .

The $99 fee gets you 6000 points which is equal to a $100 airfare so in reality it is a fee free card.

Hi! I love my southwest card. I have had it for 2 years and I just booked flights number 8,9,10,11 and 12 for free. There is a 99 annual fee, but for us it is worth it. I generally use it for bills, groceries, gas, etc and then pay it off. I do have a referral I can email you to get 50k miles. You have to spend 2k in the first three months to get it. It's not hard to do with the method I just said. I booked from central MI to ORlando , 5 round trip tickets was roughly 63k points. You do have to pay a government fee when you book, it's around $% per ticket per way. Another great advantage with SW is you get 2 checked bags and a carry on free. Let me know if you have any other questions. Alaina
