Southwest Lowering Fares

I just checked to see if the fares for my Feb 28 trip went any lower. I just booked them on Monday. Guess What ! ! ! They went down $20 per ticket. Not much, but times it by 4 and I have $80 in ticketless travel funds to use for my December trip.

If SW lowers the fares do you get an automatic credit or must you call?

Assume you're NOT talking about a DING?

I'll be watching my fare closely lol.
