Southwest HEEELLP!!! Security doc???

I just tried to do online checkin for my Southwest flight to Las Vegas in the morning. Instead of a boarding pass, I got a Security Document...what is that all about??? It says to bring the doc and my ticket to the gate. I don't have a ticket. I have my conf #. Will I have trouble getting through security? Does this mean I will be the last to board????

You need to go to the check in counter to receive your boarding pass. If you're checking bags, you'd need to go there anyway. Somehow, you were randomly selected for extra screening. Just bring your confirmation number and your security document with you.

This happened to me about an hour ago. There are many others like us. SWA is having some online problems. I called and waited on hold and customer service was able to get me checked in. Not A group but I don't have to deal with it at the airport tomorrow.
