Yes, Southwest does. Instead of waiting why don't you just call SWA and ask for it?

Hi there,
I just looked on SW website and couldn't find a fax number. They seem to prefer either phone or snail mail for contact. Anyway, here is the customer service phone number if you don't have it.

I'm willing to bet that they don't give out their fax numbers very often.
