Southwest Experts - Need Help FAST!!

I booked a DING fare last month, and today received a better DING for the same flights. I want to cancel the previous reservation and rebook using the Ticketless Travel Funds. On the cancel screen, what do you put for the last option? It says: Refundable $25.00 Hold for future use. OR
Request a refund of the refundable balance. OR
Nonrefundable $373.60 These funds will be held for future use. I assume I want the last choice, but there is no "bullet" to choose it, only the first two. What do I do??

The non-refundable portion will automatically be applied towards future use. The $25 refundable portion is probably taxes, I always take any refundable portion as a refund rather than have it held for future use.

Thank you! That makes sense. I was able to cancel and rebook with the new DING fare, which is half of the old one! Anyone have any luck having the remainder refunded to their credit card? That would just make my day!
